I had an initial operation at the Nuffield Plymouth - gall bladder removed - plus complications - NHS patient transferred to Derriford - second operation. Contracted c-difficile!
Nursing staffing and care assistants were wonderful during my 3-4 week stay.
I thought after care was very poor and although I should have been seen by the consultant within 10 days it took several months to get an appointment.
I felt no-one took responsibility for this poor admin for appointments.
