What I liked
I visited my aunt last week in the Frank Lloyd unit and I was hugely impressed by the quality of care - the whole unit was exceptionally clean, the staff were really cheerful & friendly, and the care provided to my aunt looked to me to be as good as it could possibly be - despite her condition she was treated with respect and dignity.
What could be improved
Difficult to see what could have been done better!
Anything else?
Good old NHS and thankyou, all the unit staff!
