""The Tag and I" - a poem about Woodhouse Health Centre"

About: Woodhouse Medical Centre

(as the patient),

The Tag and I

I found I had a tag

Now I wouldn’t like to brag

But the one I had was enormous

Came complete with traumas

So off I went to see

Whether my skin tag and me

Could be accommodated

And at my Medical centre cremated

Now because I was attached

to the tag I went to ask if I could be detached

from this thing

that only would bring

gave me nothing but grief

my visit was brief

no said the doctor it will have to stay

and I was sent on my way

Oh what a blow

I felt so low

That I investigated another way

One that I would pay

£300 plus !!

and that was just

to remove the offending

tag that I was intending

to zap in any way

but what a lot to pay.

So I gave the surgery one more chance

In hopes that I could make a stance

Dr McMurry said

Of course I can-- I’ll freeze it dead.

Oh the joy that ran through my heart

My tag and I would surely part
