My son visited the oral maxillo department at City Hospital last year to have a simple procedure carried out. Everyone we came across in this department were very good; a very helpful secretary (who i have since had to phone for information and again was very helpful) nurses and consultants...all were excellent. The procedure was explained to him clearly by the consultant, all questions were answered and the nurse that was present was very friendly and did a great job at putting my son at ease.
