What I liked
It was my 35 year old daughter who was the patient. She has Cerebral Palsy and is unable to do anything for herself. She needs 24 hour care to see that she comes to no accidental harm at home, and the same applies to a hospital environment.
This hospital made sure that she was placed in a cubicle where myself, or one of the family, could stay and care for her 24 hours a day.
Both she and I were well looked after, and all of the staff were brilliant. Well done to all concerned.
I'd like to mention one person who gave me a reassuring word when I most needed it. He is one of the operating theatre porters. Well done sir, you are a star.
What could be improved
Oh the new car parking system. What a nightmare. Both for the public and I assume the hospital staff as well.
I can only assume that the whole thing is a money making scheme for someone. It certainly isn't there to help those who are already in need.
"I have nothing but praise for all concerned......"
