What I liked

very little, waiting times were ridiculous, wards were grossly under staffed, consultant was abrubt and not at all helpful or sympathetic.

What could be improved

Everything, the staff tried their best but were under too much pressure and too few on the ground with no visible leader.

If you would like to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service they will be able to act on your behalf and pass on the concerns raised to the Accident and Emergency department to investigate.
