What I liked

The reason for the feedback is to express my thanks to the Registered Nurse who welcomed me and looked after me in Cabin 10 of the Prcedure Unit on 1st Feb 2012 before and after underging laporscopic surgery.

Whilst all of the staff, with the exception of one Nurse, were tolerant and understanding of my nerveousness, this person did what I consider to be that little bit more in being kind. If management can pass on my thanks to her it would be appreciated.

We are delighted to hear about your positive experience in the Procedure Unit. We will share your comments with the particular nurse and other staff on the unit who contributed to your experience. We take all feedback received seriously and we will investigate the fact that there was an exception to this. I have passed on your comments to the Treatment Centre General Manager and Lead Nurse for investigation.
