What I liked

Bill Clements & Family wants to thank all the staff on Florence Nightingale ward & especially the staff in Resuss on the evening of the 27 December , They saved his life . The dedication & the care & respect that was given to him was second to none .

Usually old people don't really get the attention they need but on this occassion this wasn't the case.

Thankyou all once again .

You wouldn't of got better treatment even if you was paying for it .
