"Using the Active Lifestyles Service in Hull"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Active Lifestyles Service

(as a service user),

I was referred to this service by MIND following some activities organised as part of My Flexible New Deal Job Related Activity. I was soon contacted by LIsa. I attended my first apppointment with her and immediately felt at ease with her. We set out a road map to reducing my weight by 5% and also discussed exercise activities. I am glad to say with Lisa's help and support i have achieved that weight loss and maintained that loss.

I was pleased by the service and the supportive way that LIsa helped me to achieve my aims and appreciate the way when i had a couple of backward steps she took the opportunity to gee me up and was not critical in any way.

I was pleased to have been introduced to the service and happy with the service provided and would like to say a big thank you to the service and to LIsa in particular for her support and advice.
