What I liked

1st visit in June had a pleasant and less worrying experience than the visit in October but it was a different staff team on duty.

What could be improved

There is always room for improvement but again it depends on the staff on duty. Overall I dont have any complaints.

Anything else?

The first op I had eye wash anaesthesia which was an ultimately better experience than the 2nd time where an injection was used. I would be interested to know why the "eye wash" anaesthesia cannot be used at all times.
