(as the patient),

Arrive on time nice automatic door, look for reception round the corner not good, soon seen, go over there turn left sit in corridor wait.

Wait 15 min, ? am I in right place? Yes I am nice guy asks for me. Very good prep, work done on me, and told what was happening. All done, wait in corridor short while.

Next see top man, goes through my notes, and prep work. Very informative made at ease, and what the results were, then the way forward for my self.

Said my thank yous left doc's office. On my way out look for toilet not the easy task could not see sign (my fault?). Anyway found and left with praise where it was due. 5/5 NHS.
