(as the patient),

I required a post-hospital examination and antibiotic course X-ray to determine the success of treatment for a-typical viral-pneumonia.

The service I received in getting an appointment at my local hospital was very good overall, and I was entirely happy with the service.

As someone with early onset, age related medical issues, I anticipate I shall be requiring similar services in the future, but I am confident that I shall receive similar good service when required.
