What I liked

receptionist were very helpfull

nurses were nice enough

light an airy resonable space in waiting area

consult rooms light an good size

What could be improved

hand sanitizes within the deparment for patient use i feel could be of possible benifit .

sick staff not to treat patients (eg if got colds ect) i feel could be of posible benifit .

more comunication & advice to patients who are been treated could be of possible benifit .

possible less interuptions when patients are been treating i feel could be of possible benifit .

tea room to have more change avalable i feel could be of possible benifit .

Anything else?

after our visit to a&e at this hospital i was very concerned & disopointed in my daughters treatment & experiance & would only use this hospital in future if we had too .

We were sorry that the standard of care which you experienced did not come up to your expectations and would like to know more so that we can address this.
