What I liked

The whole process is quick and efficient. From arranging your pre op appointment to the actual operation. Staff take time to explain things and when making other appointments you do not feel under any pressure as they will discuss your options with you. There is no waiting around to be seen.

This was my firsr experience of being a patient in hospital and on the day of surgery I was very anxious. The surgeon and staff were sensitive to this and treated me as an individual. The procedure was painless and I was cared for throughout.

Follow up was excellent, the surgeon checked up on me immediately following the operation and with a telephone call 2 days after.

I had a couple of questions a few days following so rang the treatment centre. the nurse called back promply and again took time to talk and explain things to me.

At every appointment I was given time to ask questions.

Anything else?

The treatment centre is by far the best option if you are offered it.
