What I liked
Having a gastoscopy and colonoscopy, I was anxious and embarrassed. Medical and nursing staff put me at ease and ensured my dignity was maintained even during intimate examinations. The explanations given during my consultation were clear and the specialist nurse took time to explain everything with thoroughness and empathy. Everyone I met was very kind and polite.
What could be improved
The receptionist in j clinic was quite dismissive and did feel a bit of a nuisance her having to book me in.
Anything else?
The procedure room for gastroscopy and colonoscopy was small and felt cramped.
