"Problem getting an appointment at Rochdale infirmary"

I have been in pain for 9 months after finally getting an appointment to see a doctor which I had to wait another 2 month for they told me I had an Anal Fissure. I am in extreme pain. It's costing me money as have days off work and its affecting my general routine.

The reason I bring this up is after the doctor declared I had this they suggested I take some cream for 4 weeks and they would see me again in 8 (for surgery if it hadn't cleared up) in which I should receive an appointment for. I waited 8 weeks and got no appointment so I waited another couple of weeks as I assumed the doctor could be busy over the Christmas period plus my GP suggested I do so. Nothing.. No appointment to get my surgery so I finally got the number from my surgery and seems no appointment was made and on top of that the nurse said it will take weeks before I can get one now but they would send one out and another 3 weeks has passed still nothing.

This is becoming a real annoyance now as I feel i'm being ignored which is bad for me as I am in a lot of pain whenever I go to the toilet and for hours afterwards not to mention the loss in money and social life because of this issue.
