What I liked
We visited the ward where our loved one was terminally unwell after a large stroke and were impressed with the standard of care she recieved,.the Medical staff were excellant and explained all details of the scan and how it had effected her and what we could expect to happen over the following few days.
The nursing staff carried out her care with complete compassion, dignity and privacy and they treated us the family who were staying 18 hours a day as well as overnight on some days with same dignity and respect.
She was able to die peacefully and comfortably as a result of this teams care.
Please extend our grateful thanks for their care and support at this very difficult time.
What could be improved
From what we saw nothing could have been improved
Anything else?
none
"expert care delivered wuth care and compassion."
