What I liked
Thoroughness of approach, willingness to listen and explain and nothing was too much trouble.
Also very useful self booking scheme. We were handed the appointment book and filled in our suitable time for dressings etc
What could be improved
A more comfortable chair to sit on (for carer) in treatment room
Anything else?
Just wish you could guarantee speedy and full healing
