The positive, friendly and professional attitude of the staff
What could be improved
The reason for me bothering to leave any comment at all was my surprise and then disgust and anger at the increased car parking charges. £3 for a 15 minute visit is extortionate.
The parking fee used to be £1.50 which was reasonable, but to double the charge in this way is a cynical rip off by whatever management committee is responsible.
If the reason is to discourage the use of the car park by people not visiting the hospital I am sure more intelligent solutions could have been deployed.
