What I liked
My mother is on the srewart assessment unit at st helens hospital on visiting her I have become aware that the male patients are going into the ladies toilets to which I do not beleive is right due to infection however I cannot fault the staff on the ward as they are most helpful and caring my mother has got a u t I infection at the moment so I am quite concerned at the moment surely it cannot be right for male patients to be using the ladies toilets
What could be improved
I would be most grareful if this matter could be looked into as you hear so many stories about infections in our hospitals today
Anything else?
I think infection control is very inportant on a hospital ward so I thought this should be brought to your attention as to me it does not seem very good for infection control
"My overall view if this hospital is very good only..."
