"Excellent staff, excellent care!"

What I liked

I cannot speak highly enough of my time at Good Hope Hospital. I had major surgery which was successful and was subsequently sent to High Dependency Unit where I had excellent care before being sent to Ward 16. For me, the staff are wonderful, I felt respected and that other patients were treated exceptionally well. I have had poor experience before in another hospital in Burton and had a number of worries before coming to Good Hope, I am so grateful for the care and support I received and that I feel my fears with going to hospital have been allayed.
