What I liked
Doctor keeping me well informed whilst doing what was needed.
What could be improved
I attended the Day Case Unit of Plastic Surgery. The appointment system should be improved; I was told to report at 1230 hours ( and be prepared to be there all afternoon). it seems all patients report at the same time. As a result I was there for 3 hours 20 minutes for a procedure that took ten minutes! And then I may have been speeded up because I questioned how much longer it would be.
Some communication re delays/waiting times would be appreciated.
Anything else?
I was not happy that the car parking fee has been doubled and for less time.
The receptionists on the entrance desk were a bit abrupt.
"Not too pleased at overall length of time."
