What I liked

All staff, including the health care assistants have a lovely attitude and made me feel at ease on my recent visits. I've also had to visit the out of hours service with my children in the evening and at weekend. The GP's who saw my children were also exceptional in their attitudes.

What could be improved

It was all good but maybe the doctor's timekeeping.........
