What I liked

I have visited various departments in this hospital over the last few years, I have to say this is one of the worst hospital I've ever been to.

The services from all departments are the same, absolutely ridiculous, poor service!

Staff lack communication, once I had to wait over 6 months for an appointment, due to an error on a referral at the hospital, despite chasing them so many times the staff just dont seem to care, starting from the reception to all the way up to management.

Never ever receive hospital consultation letters, despite request.

Doctors dont seem to give you adequate time for a consultation.

Admin staff are too busy chatting to issue appointments.
