"Devon Access Referral Team"

About: Devon Access and Referral Team (DART)

(as the patient),

I phoned to book an appointment to see an ENT consultant, and was given a choice of cottage hospitals - not a choice of where in Devon would give me the fastest access!!

I asked to go to an alternate location and have booked my appointment 5 weeks earlier as a result.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about your experience of using the service, we are very grateful for all the responses that we receive.

I’m sorry that you were not entirely satisfied with the service that you were offered and I will pass your comments on to the team involved. Our aim is to start a discussion with patients regarding their choice, rather than listing all available services (as these can be quite numerous), and I’m sorry that this didn’t come across in the conversation you had.
