The surgeon and staff were efficient, and helpful.

What could be improved

After surgery on the main ward I wasn't given alot of assistance.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It was pleasing to hear that the staff were efficient and helpful. It was however disappointing to see that you didn't receive the assistance you needed on the ward. We aim to ensure that patients are assessed frequently for their care needs but it would appear on this occassion that did not happen. I have spoken to the Matron responsible for the surgical areas and she offers her apologies and would like to reassure you that she is implementing a system of assessment and review which should reduce the risk of this happening again.
