What I liked
The consultant treating me for the past 18 months is very professional, easy to speak to and I trust them 100%. Seeing the same Doctor on each visit has made the experience so much better than seeing different doctors each time as there is some continuation for me. Many of my appointments have been at the weekend too which is good as it saves me having to take time off work.
What could be improved
It would be nice to know the name of the doctor on the clinic appointment letter as I always have to ring to confirm I am booked in with the same doctor as I saw before.
Anything else?
Thankyou to the orthopaedic team in particular.
