(as the patient),

i was referred to mr kamat at Barlborough Hospital for an operation, a 3 level lumbar laminectomy, after suffering severe back pain for many years,from my time in HM forces. all previous treatments were unsuccessful. Within 24 hours of my operation the pain started to ease.
