About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Referral & Appointment Booking Team

(as the patient),

GP was only told needed referral.

Sentinel - was contacted within 10 days offered choice of hospitals to attend for treatment and would be contacted by relevant hospital for appointment.

Hospital - appointment by mail shortly afterwards.
