What I liked
The staff were friendly, helpful, professional and I felt in good hands the whole time I was there.
What could be improved
After waiting 90 minutes between taking my ticket for treatment and having my details taken, it would be good if you could be given an idea of how long you may be waiting (the ticket itself said 0 minutes).
