What I liked

Colonoscopy department

My appointment was at 3pm and within 10 minutes I was taken into the unit and pre-treatment commenced. All the staff involved were pleasant, cheerful and communicated well about the procedure. The procedure appeared to be very professional (obviously am not an expert in this type of event!) and the aftercare was really very pleasant.

What could be improved
