What I liked
The food in the restaurant was lovely.
What could be improved
Had to go to pathology for a blood test, the person who took the blood was rude and ignorant. If you don't enjoy your job and don't have any empathy for your patients then don't do it!
Anything else?
Some of the staff need to remember they are dealing with people...real human beings, a few manners will go a long way!
