I have experienced some things that I think Sunderland Royal Hospital needs to improve. They should cleaning rooms more, staff should attend to patients without ignoring them and not kick needles underneath patients beds. the physiotherapy department, when it comes to knee or back problems needs to start looking more and stop taking weight as the answer, when it's obvious when it isnt weight. because of that, since i'm very slim and st10, i've got bad knees because they said it was becase of weight. Sunderland Royal Hospital needs to improve. 2/10
