"Appointments running late, long waits for blood tests, long wait to pick up prescriptions"

I've had a some poor experiences at Lister hospital in the last couple of months, all related to appointments running wait, and long waits for prescriptions and blood tests.

1. I had an appointment booked at the antenatal clinic, I was seen at two and a quarter hours later. When I finally got out of the clinic with a prescription the hospital pharmacy was shut and I had to return the next day. I had to wait over an hour for my prescription

2. A wait of over 1.5 hours for a prescription

3. I had an appointment in the morning, appointment 25 minutes late, a wait for a follow up blood test was over an hour (although the pathology department do offer options to manage this) and then I was told the wait for a prescription in the pharmacy was 20 minutes, 1 hour and 10 minutes later I left pharmacy without the prescription as I was still waiting and my toddler really couldn't handle waiting any more. I've tried 3 times to call the hospital today already to follow up on my prescription and so far no answer...

I realise that in the overall scheme of things, these aren't huge waits. However, I am pregnant and have a toddler who I usually have to bring with me so waits such as these really aren't good. Additionally, the waits and delays are always this long and it is disappointingly predictable.
