What I liked
The staff were all friendly and very reassuring.
The procedure was explained well and I was supported throughout. A member of staff stayed with me which I really appreciated as it was quite a painful procedure. At no time was I patronised or made to feel a nusiance.
The after care was excellent too and I left with notes to refer to if any complications arose when I got home.
"If asked I would not hesitate to reccomend..."
