"Unhappy with negative attitude"

About: Ashley House

(as the patient),

I have used Ashley House service for a number of years and have come into treatment on various occasions.

I have recently come back into treatment and was met with a rather negative attitude which has left me feeling very vulnerable and without any support. Yet again because I dare to know my own mind I feel like I am made to go it alone in my recovery and am singled out for this every time.

I feel like I am not treated as part of the group and we should be treated as individuals with individual issues. I feel like they use draconian methods for example "you either behave in this way or your not welcome to attend".

Can someone please help to take this matter further as I am not happy with the way I have been treated.

dear contributor

we are sorry that you experience has been such. i'm assuming this posting relates to the telephone conversation i had at 4pm today with a service user [it was mentioned that you had put your feedback on patient opinion]

somebody will contact you tomorrow with the hope that we can resolve this and ensure that you are satisified with the support you require.

our aim is to make sure that all service users feel valued and would appreciate further feedback on this issue once our response has reached a satisfactory conclusion [or not if the case may be]
