"Professional nursing care where patients needs..."

What I liked

I spent 4 days in Ward 8 following a knee replacement. I was impressed at the excellent treatment and care I received from the surgical team, nursing staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and everyone involvedr in my care. The ward was spotless with infection control being a high priority. The nursing staff deserve a special mention for their professional care all served up in a bundle of kindness where the patients needs always come first. The Government should visit this ward to see first hand that nursing standards are alive and well in the north east.

What could be improved

I find it difficult to think of any justified critism.
