What I liked

I was treated by the frontline staff with kindness, compassion, care and understanding.

The information I was given was clear and to the point, which I prefer even if it was a bit hard emotionally to take in. I always prefer to face what is coming

Considering the £11 million deficit, these staff worked as hard as any I ever dealt with in industry, and they still maintained standards after a 12 hours shift.
