What I liked

The consultant has a very nice attitude and you feel they listen to your concerns, all the Staff in Cardiology are great including the PaceMaker Clinc who are some times forgotten.

A Big thank you to all in the Cardiology Unit and the Nuclear Medicine Department you are all Very Special People.

The Glenfield Hospital is my 1st choice should I need Hospital Care.

What could be improved

Waiting times in Out Patients Clinic are a bit long but I am being a bit picky as I think you do Great considering the pressure you are under.

CAR PARKING FOR OUT PATIENTS NEEDS REDUCING AS WAITING TIMES CAN BE LONG

As for the outpatient clinics times, we would always hope to reduce the amount of time a patient waits, and endeavour to let people know if that wait is going to be longer than expected.
