What I liked

The joined up service of this reception area is fantastic. I was guided through all the processes of my time at the outpatients section with ease and professionalism.

I noticed the receptionist, who sadly her name I didnt take, was incredibly efficient. Ordering ambulance and other transport, porters etc and making sure that no patient was kept waiting.

Such a treat to see all the staff working so well together and being very helpful to everyone.

What could be improved

Nothing. The unit is run most efficiently and with a smile.

Anything else?

I certainly will have no worries if and when I have to return for follow up appointments.
