Trying to book an appointment is the worst thing about Birley.
But the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. The appointment system is continually being reviewed and any ideas you may have to improve it are most welcome. We try to give a friendly family atmosphere here at birley and are pleased we have achieved this with you.
