About: Claremont Hospital Lincolnshire Teaching PCT / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I have suffered from back problems all my adult life. I had surgery for them, but my problems reocured the next year. I was referred to Mr Abhiney A Kamat who performed a keyhole microdiscectomy at Claremont Hospital in Sheffield. This surgery has to date been very successful and I am fully mobile
