Response from Milton Keynes Hospital

Many thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience.

Accident and Emergency aims to maintain a high level of cleanliness at all times. If any area falls below our standards, we aim to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

The order in which a patient is seen is decided by a senior triage nurse, who assesses each case against a set of criteria, and treatment is planned and carried out as a result of this assessment.

You did not mention the time and date of this episode, so I cannot fully address your concerns. Therefore, if you’d like to discuss this issue further, please contact the Patient Experience Team, 01908 243181, Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700.
