After a visit from a doctor of the Walker Medical Group, they got in touch with the community resource team, a few hours later received a phone call arranging a visit, when my health was assessed, my problems, and the help that could aid my mobility. This had been caused by a part hip replacement. My visitor took notes, their findings being given to our doctor. They also gave advice to us, one of the things advised was the fitting of a bannister rail which they said would be arranged. The very next day a member of the team fitted the new bannister, which already has made climbing the stairs much easier.
I would like you to receive our grateful thanks for the speed of your service and the way everything you said on the phone and in the visit was carried out with civility and sincerity. Many many thanks.
