i went through a & e at qmc in notts with a broken right wrist and was treated really well and swiftly. i wanted all my follow up appointments to be at the royal in leicester but i cant even get through to talk to anyone!. i get bounced around from department to department. hung up on, im sat here with a broken wrist and no one at the royal seems to care! i need follow up treatment at the royal because it is nearer to where i live but i cant even talk to a person in the fracture clinic because no one answers the phone! i am disgusted with how ive been treated today and will be complaining using every avenue i can find. All i want is an appointment at the fracture clinic and you cant even do that!

We're really sorry to hear that you're not able to get through to anyone in our Fracture Clinic. We are currently seeing an increased number of patients which may account for it, but please accept our apologies.
