Thank you for your positive feedback relating to your attendance at our A&E department. It is always nice to hear from patients who have had a positive experience. I am glad you felt our staff were friendly and attentive. We have been undertaking a lot of work in relation to patient experience in the department and comments such as yours provides reassurance that the training we have put in place has had a positive impact on our patients.
