What I liked
Staff were kind and considerate - acknowledged the pain I was in due to fractured wrist and the fear I had of what might need to be done.
Male nurse in Orthopaedics was jolly and reassuring - all staff explained what needed to happen, and what they were doing and what the options were.
Doctors were knowledgeable and friendly
"Admitted via A&E, I was treated with sympathy,..."
