What I liked

I would be grateful if you could arrange to pass my most grateful thanks to the staff at A & E William Harvey Hospital for all their kindness and professionalism on the afternoon of 28 Dec. Dripping blood from a badly damaged finger I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and booked for remedial work at QVH East Grinstead within the space of two hours. A marvellous response of which the hospital and the NHS can be proud. Kindest regards, Hugh de S.Dodgson OBE
