(as a carer),

Unable to make an appointment for several days for 3 yr old child at own GP, given tel no for Options GP, able to make an appointment for a couple of hours later. I can drive, so it was easy to get to other side of Knowsley to see a GP, with next to no notice. This is fantastic, although I may have struggled on public transport, especially if I was in some way differently abled.
