What I liked

The staff in the ED were very kind and helpful, from the doctors right through to the receptionists. I had quite serious injuries and every step was explained to make sure I was aware of my treatment. The team is a credit to the NHS, especially with what they have to deal with - not all patients are "patient"!

What could be improved

Nothing - I was happy with everything.
